That's the Product & Packaging pillar. Send design files, we assess production-readiness, source the factory, manage the run. If files need adjustment for manufacturing specs, we handle that too.

A 50% deposit is required to begin. The remaining balance is invoiced upon delivery of each project phase, due within 7 days. Manufacturing deposits are separate and committed directly to the factory upon production order placement.
Design work (brand, web, packaging design) is non-refundable once a project phase has been delivered and approved. If a project is cancelled before delivery of the current phase, any unused portion of the deposit for that phase will be refunded within 14 business days. Manufacturing deposits paid to factories are non-refundable once a production order has been placed, as these funds are committed to raw materials and production scheduling. Sample costs are non-refundable.
Projects may be cancelled at any time by written notice to hello@thewisemerchant.com. Upon cancellation:
All projects begin with a signed scope agreement outlining deliverables, timeline, and payment schedule. A 50% deposit is required to begin work. The remaining balance is invoiced upon delivery of each project phase. Payment is due within 7 days of invoice. Late payments may result in project pauses. Intellectual property for all custom work transfers to the client upon full payment. The Wise Merchant Company retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing. Factory lead times, shipping estimates, and material specifications are provided in good faith based on supplier information and are subject to change. The Wise Merchant Company is not liable for delays caused by factories, customs, or shipping carriers.
We accept wire transfer, Wise, and major credit cards. Invoices are issued via email with payment instructions.
